Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia.

Delivery cost

Free tracked delivery on every order.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times (estimates)

United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia: estimated delivery within 7–12 working days of your order. These are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers can occasionally take longer during busy periods.

Tracking

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check progress on our Track your order page. New tracking numbers can take a few working days to show their first update.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7–12 working days, or it arrives damaged, email support@getorevani.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@getorevani.com straight away. We can update your address as long as your order hasn't been dispatched.
